Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Luxe Vital Wellness, we value your time and ours. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be blocked from future bookings. Late Arrivals • We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled, and you may still be charged in full. Deposits • Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This will go toward your final payment. • Deposits are forfeited if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Emergencies & Life Happens We understand that things come up. If there’s a true emergency, please reach out to us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate—but repeated last-minute cancellations will still be subject to our policy.
